There was a large low area that collected water all winter. The runoff from the church parking lot and the roofs all ended up in this area, so a decision was made to install a drain to collect the water and run it out to the parking lot drain. It works well, in fact, it drains all winter long.

This is the crew that spent a whole day digging water line ditches.
